This structure is designed to accommodate flexibility while ensuring that your booking is secure.

Understanding Our Payment Stages:

Our payment policy is divided into four key stages, each associated with a certain number of days before your trip:

Booking Amount: At the time of booking, you are required to pay a minimum booking amount to secure your spot. This amount is fully refundable depending on the number of days left until the trip.

50% Payment: As the date approaches, partial payment is required to confirm your reservation. This payment becomes compulsory closer to the trip.

75% Payment: As we get closer to the trip date, we ask for a 75% payment to ensure that all arrangements are finalized.

100% Payment: For trips with less than 2 days remaining, full payment is required to confirm the booking.
