Kedarkantha is one of the most demanding mountain peak of the Himalayan region which is situated in Uttarakhand, India. The peak elevates about 12,500 ft in height. This most promising peak is situated within the Govind Wildlife Sanctuary in the Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand. A trek to the peak of Kedarkantha begins from Sankri; a base camp. Sankri is a small village and trekking generally takes 5 days and 4 nights to complete.
