The Gaumukh Tapovan trek is a challenging 7-day adventure in Uttarakhand, India. It takes you through stunning high-altitude landscapes, including alpine meadows, forests, and glacial regions. The trek reaches the Gaumukh glacier, the source of the River Ganga, and Tapovan, offering breathtaking views of Mt. Shivling and the Bhagirathi sisters.
The trek takes 7 days to complete, including travel from Dehradun to Gangotri, trekking from Gangotri to Chirbasa, Bhojwasa, Gaumukh, and Tapovan, and returning to Gangotri before departure.
